Wattle Downs is a green-field development of 112 homes in Manurewa, Auckland. This mixed-tenure community will include social housing provided by Accessible Properties, Penina Health Trust and Emerge Aotearoa. It will also include private sales and Kiwibuild homes. Built by Signature Homes, the Community Housing homes will be a mix of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and five bedrooms.  The project is well underway and is expected to be completed by mid 2020.
